TRADIUM / Systems integration
Connected information.
A clearer basis for action.
We define how information moves between tools, which system owns each field and how errors are detected and followed up, so the connection serves the way you work.
When integration helps
Information exists in several tools, but the team has to enter it again or cannot identify the latest update.
- Customer details are duplicated across the store, CRM and email.
- Notifications lack the context needed to act.
- Order status differs between operating and follow-up tools.
How we define the connection
We review API documentation, service plans, permissions and usage limits before agreeing sync direction, required fields and system owners.
- Define the source of truth and record-matching rules.
- Use APIs or webhooks where the platforms support them.
- Validate data and prevent duplicate event execution.
- Define error records, notifications and controlled retries.
Access and data controls
We define minimum access, where keys belong and what information may be transferred. Hosting and retention requirements are reviewed before operation.
- Keys stay in a server environment, outside visitor-facing code.
- Only authorised users can access a customer’s records.
- Actions that modify data or send messages have defined approval points.
WORKFLOW / ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE
Illustrative workflow: store to follow-up team
An illustrative store-to-CRM connection, with fields and steps defined after system review.
Event
An order update arrives through a supported webhook.
Validate
Check the source, fields and duplicate events.
Sync
Update the record in the agreed system.
Follow up
Notify its owner of the status and next action.
What we need to start
Share the systems, subscription plans, required fields and intended transfer direction. Access is requested later through an appropriate process after the scope is agreed.
Before we begin
Can every system be connected?
Each connection depends on a supported API or integration method, the service plan and permissions. We review feasibility before committing to delivery.
Can Shopify, Zoho or WhatsApp be included?
These options can be assessed against official interfaces, plans and account requirements. Naming a platform does not mean every integration is ready or establish certified partner status.
What happens if a system is unavailable?
We agree retry limits, duplicate controls, notifications and a human intervention path, then test relevant failure cases before operation.
