Privacy notice
Last updated:
This page explains how information is handled when you use the TRADIUM website and its contact options.
Scope of this notice
This notice covers the corporate website. The separate /experience workflow has its own privacy and experiment notice, to be reviewed before running fictional examples through its connected services.
Email enquiries
The contact dialog prepares your message in the browser and lets you open an email draft or copy the text. It does not submit form data to a website database. If you choose to send an email, we use the information you share to understand and respond to your enquiry.
Technical information
The hosting service may process technical connection data and access logs to deliver and protect the website. This version does not add marketing analytics or advertising trackers.
Browser session
The website uses a temporary browser-session flag to avoid repeating the introduction during ordinary in-session navigation. Refreshing the page replays it, subject to reduced-motion settings. The flag does not contain your name, email or phone number, and contact form data is not saved in browser storage.
Video and external links
The browser requests the local video from the hosting service when you choose to watch. The Google Maps embed loads only when you choose ‘Show interactive map’; Google may process connection data and cookies under its own policies. Visits to external communication platforms or services are governed by their own policies.
